What we look for
Filmmakers, Directors & Writers
Story structure, uncontrolled environments, calm creative thinking under pressure. Writers and researchers who develop scripts that work on screen.
Cinematographers
Strong eye for composition, lighting adaptability, documentary and corporate experience.
Editors & Post-Production
Structured, detail-oriented. Editors, motion designers, and VFX artists who bring craft and restraint to their work. Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve preferred.
Production Coordinators
Organised, strong communicators, able to manage logistics, vendors, and schedules across locations.
